Glazer Innovations LLC, operating Bracket Manager, respects your privacy. This policy explains how information is collected and used when you access our website, create a player account, register for a tournament, or opt in to text messages.
Information we collect
We may collect information you provide, including your name, email address, mobile number, tournament information, handicap, group or team, player photo, account credentials, and SMS consent choices. We may also collect limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service.
How information is used
Information is used to operate Bracket Manager, manage accounts and tournament registrations, provide tournament and match updates, support users, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may use that consent only for the marketing communications described at the point of consent.
Website analytics and cookies
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors find and use our public website, including page views, general device and traffic-source information, downloads, tournament-view links, and contact-form activity. We use this information to improve the website, search visibility, and user experience.
Google Analytics is disabled by default and its script is not loaded unless you select Accept analytics. Advertising storage, advertising personalization, and Google Signals are disabled. You can decline analytics or change your choice at any time by selecting Privacy choices on the website. SMS information and consent
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of registering, participating, or purchasing. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for assistance.
